
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY – DOMINO’S X CALL OF DUTY PROMOTION

Information on how to enter and rewards form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to all Australian permanent residents aged 18 years and over (“Entrant”). Employees, contractors, directors and their immediate families of Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited (ABN 16 010 489 326) (“Promoter”), franchisees of the Promoter and their employees, and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on 7 November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 6 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”). Orders placed before or after this time will not be eligible.

How to participate:
a. During the Promotional Period, Entrants must purchase the Domino’s x Call of Duty 1 + 2 Bundle via the Domino’s App or online at www.dominos.com.au.
b. The Domino’s x Call of Duty 1 + 2 Bundle consists of one (1) Large Value Pizza and two (2) sides, available for Pick Up or Delivery and offered online only via the Domino’s App or website. Conditions apply. Domino’s x Call of Duty 1 + 2 Bundle includes a Large Value Range Pizza and Garlic Bread or 1.25L drink varieties as sides. Customisation and upgrades may incur additional charges.
c. After completing a valid purchase, customers who are opted into Domino’s marketing emails will automatically receive an email containing a unique Call of Duty downloadable content (DLC) code (“DLC Code”) and instructions to redeem their reward.
d. Limited to one (1) DLC Code per customer per week. Entrants must be subscribed to Domino’s marketing emails to receive their DLC Code.

Rewards:
Each DLC Code can be used to redeem a reward at www.callofduty.com/redeem and requires an active Activision account linked to a Call of Duty game. Rewards are as follows:

Reward redemption:
a. To redeem a DLC Code, Entrants must visit www.callofduty.com/redeem and log in to their Activision account (or create one if they do not have one).
b. Entrants must then enter their DLC Code and follow the on-screen instructions. Once validated, the DLC reward will be automatically loaded onto the Entrant’s linked gamer profile.
c. Each DLC Code may only be used once. Codes must be redeemed by 11:59pm AEDT on 28 February 2026, after which they will expire.
d. Entrants must own or acquire a Call of Duty game to redeem and use a reward. Additional pay subscription services may be required for multiplayer use. Promoter is not and will not be liable for any costs associated with Entrants’ acquisition of the Call of Duty game or any related subscriptions.

Invalid or illegible codes:
Any DLC Code that is counterfeit, illegible, tampered with, obtained through unauthorised means, or fails verification will be deemed invalid. The Promoter and Activision each reserve the right to verify all codes and their redemption.

Unclaimed rewards:
If a reward has not been accepted, used or redeemed by 11:59pm AEDT on 28 February 2026, it will be forfeited.

Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, Entrants and DLC Codes and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Entry in the Promotion requires purchase of the Domino’s x Call of Duty 1 + 2 Bundle via the Domino’s App or online at www.dominos.com.au during the Promotional Period. No additional entry fee applies. Internet connection and usage rates may apply. Entrants should obtain details of such costs from their service providers. The Promoter is not and will not be liable for any such costs. If a reward (or any part of it) is unavailable or cannot be reasonably provided, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a reward of equal value and/or specification.

The Promoter collects personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at www.dominos.com.au/about-us/contact-us/privacy-policy. Personal information is collected to conduct the Promotion and may be disclosed to third parties (including Activision) for the purpose of administering the Promotion and fulfilling rewards.

Liability: Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, contractors and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss, damage or expense (including loss of opportunity) arising in any way from the Promotion or the use of any reward.

If this Promotion is interfered with or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter and any other party associated with the Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or any reward.
